I just placed my order but I made a mistake. Can I edit my order?
Please email us at support@theminecompany.com with your order number and order details for assistance. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to help make updates to your order!
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Absolutely! Please email us at support@theminecompany.com and we'll include your personalized note on the back of a white and gold foil card that reads "You're the Bride."
How do I track my order?
All orders are processed and leave MINE HQ within 2 business days. Check your inbox for your tracking number to stay up-to-date on your package's tracking information via USPS or UPS.
I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking number, where is it?
After completing your purchase at checkout, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. If you do not receive this email, then please contact us at support@theminecompany.com with your name, shipping address, and items orders so we can look for your order and resubmit your confirmation email. After the confirmation email is received, you will receive an email with your tracking information within 2 business days.
Where do you ship?
We ship both within the USA and internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping on USA orders $30 and up is free at checkout. We do not offer free international shipping. Please enter your address at checkout to view expected shipping costs.
Do you have expedited shipping?
If you would like to purchase faster shipping options (less than 4 business days), then enter your shipping address at checkout to view your exact shipping costs. Select from USPS and UPS shipping rates. 
We do not offer shipping refunds due to mail carrier (USPS, UPS) delays. These mail carriers do not guarantee delivery times unless you purchase Express Mail Options. Your shipping fee goes directly to USPS and UPS. Since these mail carriers note they do not offer shipping refunds to our small business due to delays, we cannot provide refunds for their shipping delays.
Purchasing faster shipping options at checkout does not affect our 2-day processing time. Please see below for information on processing times.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. If you select Free Ground Shipping at checkout, your order should be received within approximately 4 business days after our 2-day processing time. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for mail carrier delays.
What is processing time? Why does it take 2 days?
The Mine Company is a small business and it takes our team time to pack up and ship your order. Due to the volume of orders, we need up to 2 business days to process, i.e. pack up and ship your items. 90% of the time our team packs up and ships out orders within 1 business day. Outside of Amazon, there are millions of small businesses and a 2-day processing time is the standard for packing up and shipping out orders.
Keep in mind: we do not have expedited processing times. If you pay for USPS Priority Mail, UPS 3 Day Select, etc this does not change the processing time needed to prepare your package.
I sent the package to the wrong address, can you change it?
Please contact us immediately at support@theminecompany if you have entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. If you have not yet received a tracking confirmation email, this means your package has not been shipped and we can absolutely update the shipping address. Once the package is with UPS or USPS, it is more difficult to update the address. Intercepting a package with the postal service to change the desired address may require an additional fee. We are happy to help get your package to you, but The Mine Company is not responsible for any charges necessary to change the shipping address.
Help! My product arrived damaged or defective. What can you do?
Oh no! We understand mail carriers don't always treat your lovely packages the way we would ourselves. On rare occasions boxes or products are damaged in shipment. Please email us a photo of the damage or email us about your defective product within 7 days upon receipt of shipping confirmation to be eligible for an exchange.
My tracking information says the package was delivered but it's not here. 
Keep in mind that sometimes USPS will mark a package as delivered and it can arrive 24-48 hours later. We have learned throughout the last 3 years in business that this is a highly frequent occurrence! If your item is marked as delivered, kindly look out for it to arrive the following day or so. If it is still not at your destination after 48 hours, please contact us at support@theminecompany.com with your order details.
Can I get a discount?
We have a pop-up for $10 OFF when you spend $50 or more at theminecompany.com. Sign up with your email to receive your unique discount code.  😘
Why didn't my discount code work?
Some discount codes may be expired or must meet certain conditions, such as a minimum spend of $50. Be sure to check the details of your discount code to ensure it is available. For further questions, reach us at support@theminecompany.com.
An item I wanted is out of stock. When will it return?
Yay! We're happy you love our products! 
There are times when our products run out of stock due to popular demand and will likely be back in stock within 1-2 weeks. Please contact us if there are specific items you are hoping to come back in stock.
